The consortium's managers are experienced business managers with 25 years experience in international business development in the manufacturing, service and professional sectors.

We are able to bring relevant first hand experience and coaching to all sectors of the business community. We provide this same ethos in our consultancy work, to provide the best available service at a reasonable and affordable cost at the appropriate time for the business in order to nurture the client to the best that they can be.

The consortium is currently tendering for contracts with regional Government offices and Local Authorities and recruiting locally based staff for the delivery of contract services where the relevant skills and expertise are available. This policy ensures that clients will work with consultants who understand the local economy as well as their business sector and the monies paid by the Contractor will be spent in the local economy.

Principal consultants will identify business needs at an initial meeting and develop terms of reference for the project. The Consultant will then appoint, in consultation with both client and client manager, the appropriate consultants to work with the company to achieve the project outputs. We will continue to work with all agencies familiarising all advisors of the scope and skills of the company, thus enabling them to make informed decisions as to which consultancy will provide both the best service to the client and the practical support to assist them realise their maximum potential.
